The Importance of Rest

Rest is not optional; it is essential!  Often we can quote some of the other Commandments, but we rarely mention God’s fourth command to honor Rest.  In God’s eyes rest is holy. In this episode we’ll discuss what rest really is and the consequence of not resting.
